Total D-TOX

This is so packed with goodness, you can almost feel it cleansing and detoxifying your body. In addition to valuable nutrients, the carrot provides plenty of natural sweetness, which blends perfectly with the creamy, juicy mango. Drink this regularly to give your system a thorough clean-out.

Serves 2

• ½ carrot, peeled & chopped
• ½ mango, peeled & chopped
• 250 ml apple juice
• 1 sachet Inner D-TOX
• 1 sachet M.Vital GT&F®
• Ice cubes (optional)

1. Dissolve the contents of Inner D-TOX and M.Vital GT&F® in ½ glass of lukewarm water.
2. Place chopped carrot and mango in a blender.
3. Add in apple juice.
4. Add in Inner D-TOX and M.Vital mix.
5. Process until smooth and creamy. Add some ice cubes if necessary.
6. Serve immediately.
