Power Boost Breakfast Smoothie

Lovely to drink, this energy-packed smoothie makes a great start to the day. Bananas and protein rich M.Vital GTF provide the perfect fuel in the form of slow-release carbohydrate that will keep you going all morning, while fresh and zesty orange juice and sweet, scented mango will set your tastebuds tingling first thing.

Serves 2

• ½ mango, peeled & chopped
• 1 medium banana
• 250ml orange juice
• 1 tbsp clear honey
• 1 sachet Inner D-TOX
• 1 sachet M.Vital GT&F®
• Ice cubes (optional)

1. Dissolve the contents of Inner D-TOX and M.Vital GT&F® in ½ glass of lukewarm water.
2. Place chopped mango and bananas in a blender.
3. Add in orange juice.
4. Add in Inner D-TOX and M.Vital mix.
5. Process until smooth and creamy. Add some ice cubes if necessary.
6. Serve immediately.
